Macro for Br.Telecom a/c

BT use hhhh:mm:ss as time format in downloaded bills, which Excel does not
recognise. It can be changed to recognisable format by deleting two h's. When
I made a macro to do this using the first 10 entries, and then applied the
macro to the second 10, it just replicated the figures in the first 10.
 
Change the time format to [hh]:mm:ss
