Can I get an example of a recorded macro that is useful which can't be
achieved by a copy/paste?

There are so many it is pointless question.

You cannot get an example of a recorded macro that you cannot do in Excel
(that would be an oxymoron), but anything that deletes for example would not
be Copy/Paste, anything that sorts, filters.
