Macro Error

I tried executing a macro in Access 2002 with SRa1
installed and Windows 2000 (with SP3 installed). I'm
getting the following error message:

"The expression On Open you entered as the event property
setting produced the following error: Error in loading
DLL.

* The expression may not result in the name of a macro,
the name of a user-defined function, or [Event Procedure].
* There may have been an error evaluating the function,
event, or macro."

The macro fails to execute.

Any ideas,
