macro copy data in one sheet

I have 40 sheets with data in a workbook. I want to copy all the data
to one sheet like this:

Sheet1 Sheet 2

3 7
4 5
9 8

In sheet 3

4
9
7
5
8

I have a similar problem.
I'm sitting in different project teams, each projectteam has it's own Action
log, which is renewed every date with name "projectDD/MM/YY". How do I force
the macro to look into the last date project name?

Can I add this in the macro, and how?
