Macro Condition 2007

I have a macro with the following condition:

Dir("S:\VISAPC\CCSTATUS.TXT")<>""

The error I'm getting is this:

The expression you entered has a function name that Access can't find.

This hasn't been a problem until Access 2007. Is this a bug or is there an
alternate solution?
