Machine Authentication via a wireless client

Through trial and error, I figured out that I have to add a wireless client
to the wireless domain via a WIRED connection, after which I am able to do
802.1x PEAP machine authentication. Is this an XP standard or is there way of
adding a wireless client to a wireless domain via a wireless connection?

Hi.
Can you tell me how to set up the client via a wired connection??
I have the same problem. Symbol Wireless Access Switch, CA on Domain
Controller installed and added the radius client to the DC. Now the client
gets the connection, if a user autheniticates to the wireless network (PEAP).
But I would like to use domain authenication BEFORE a client has logged in.
