Mac user Change Windows Password

When our users connect to a Windows 2000 file server using AFP, they get a
button on the login dialog for changing their Windows domain password. If
the users connect using SMB, they do not get that option. Is there a way
for users to change Windows domain passwords from the MAc if they are only
using SMB to connect to a file server?
