MAC: OS9 to OS X upgrade, export/import Outlook email?

Hey all,

I'm installing OS 10.3 on my Macintosh iBook, but I need to first figure
out how to export all my email, contacts, etc. from Outlook Express
5.02 Mac Edition that is currently running on OS 9.2.2. Any ideas on
how to export the OS 9.2 data files and then reimport them into the OS
10.3 version of Outlook Express?

Try posting in a Mac forum. This newsgroup is for installation issues
related to the PC version of Microsoft Outlook (not Outl0ook Express)
