Mac connection to win2000 server broken

Anybody have anymore info regarding the latest batch of security
updates
breaking Mac services? We've been running Mac's with our Win2000
server for
quite sometime without any issues. After installing the latest MS
security updates on our server the Macs cannot attach to the server.
We are getting the error "Communications to server broken"
The Macs can see the other servers that do not have the latest updates
installed. The Macs can browse the internet as well.

Found a solution to this problem ... hope this works for you too.

In OS 9, launch chooser, click on Appleshare. This will show you a list of
machines avaliable on the right. Hightlight on the Win2000 machine you
want to connect to and OPTION CLICK ON THE OK button. This will bring up
the login window. Log in as normal.
