Beware this one. From the webpage:

- Program and documentation are available in German only.
- This is a plain DOS-application.
- This freeware version is restricted to matrices of maximum size 8x8, and to polynomials of maximum grad 14. There are no further restrictions. Those mentioned are trying to get you interested in the full version.



So -- German only, DOS, crippleware, hmmm....
