I have said this before: If you put together a web site with some samples,
explanations, tips, etc. you can direct people there to get an idea about
how to implement a suggestion. You could also refer people to other
developers web sites or to the MVP site where free help (much of it quite
sophisticated) is available.
Assuming you could put together such a web site, people who go there could
conceivably like what they see and decide to avail themselves of your
consulting services. This is one of many ways you could appropriately
market your services. If you are any good, work will come your way.
You must realize by now that you will be confronted whenever you solicit
work directly through this free volunteer forum. You will get nowhere
arguing that the people who post here really need your paid services rather
than the help that is freely available. I would post links about newsgroup
etiquette, but that has been done, and there is no evidence you visited
those sites.

<Because I have business ethics and respect the culture of these
newsgroups.>
And where is the ethics and respect in seeing an OP who appears to
"REALLY" need help beyond what a newsgroup could possibly provide and all
he is told is that he needs to learn Access? You know as well as I do that
there are many OPs who "REALLY" need help that leave no better off than
when they posted. In fact they are worse off because they wasted their
time posting and getting no help. Just because they may get a response or
two does not mean they got any meaningful help.
