Rod, I am having the same problem. It started about 2 weeks ago when I
downloaded Window Update "Service 6" or something like that. I have spent
days a looking everywhere and sending Email trying to find a Fix. I have read
ALL the postings in here. People keep talking about Adware, Spybot, etc. I
gota tell ya, NONE OF IT WORKS. I don't understand why those people cannot
understand the problem, which is: "Microsoft Internet Explorer" Pop-Up
Window. The only thing worth while I did run across was this: ""Microsoft
Internet Explorer" appears in the banner when WHOEVER wrote the HTML script
(Advertisement Window) did not write a HTML "Title" line.
