Greetings from a happy customer, however I am in need of
some help please.

I have MS Greetings 2000 that has served me well... I am
very happy with the software which works well on its
own. However sometimes I want to include a picture from
clipart in Word, I cannot..

When I try , this message comes up" MS Word cannot
display ClipArt, to make it available, run setup
again ,select " Add or remove features" change the
feature to run from my computer or run from CD/network "

I do this and am given 3 options, remove , reinstall, or
change setup type. so I go to the latter only to be
given two more options, Typical or Minimum neither of
which lets me do what I want to do..

I also checked the version of my CD and can see the GR2
(D) .,PSS. , and Index. that may help you

For your info I am using Windows XP Home Edition

Hoping you can assist. Thanks
Brian

Hi, Brian. This is not Microsoft. It is a peer-to-peer support newsgroup
comprised of users (although some MS employees do post here, it is
because they are generous and it is unofficial). This newsgroup is
about the Windows XP operating system. Your problem lies in the MS
Greetings application and you'd do best looking for help with their
tech support or other user groups. That said, try and copy the Clip Art
onto your hard drive somewhere and see if that helps.
