Lynx for Win2K

With LynxView now being severely crippled, I want to run a local version
of Lynx.

What's the best version for a Win2K machine?

Ideally, in fact, I'd like a Windows programme, with proper windows
dialogues for the setting of proxies, opening web addresses, etc., but
the page visited displayed within a "window" within that programme.

I have to say, the whole Lynx setup is very "geeky" and not very well
designed, from a usability point of view.

Lynx's strength is to run the same on almost any computer, even those
with no graphics. With that restriction I'm amazed it works so well.
There are other text-mode browsers with Windows ports, but Lynx is the
most common so it makes sense to use it for page-design testing.
