LSASS.EXE SYSTEM ERROR

I keep getting a box with this message at bootup:
AN INVALID PARAMETER WAS PASSED TO A SERVICE OR FUNCTION. When you click on
thr "OK" in this box, it reboots. I tried reloading windows and doing a
repair but then i get an error message about the boot.ini file. Not sure
what it says, it flashes by quickly.

How do i repair this?

Your Boot.INI file in the C: root is probable corrupt. I would boot to CD,
and press 'r' for Recovery Console prompt. There you can run

BOOTCFG /REBUILD

then

FIXBOOT
