lsass.exe failure

When Win2K boots up I get a lsass.exe termination message with error code
1073741819. The systems then goes into auto reboot. Does anyone know how I
can restore this?

Could be a virus infection which will require a reinstall. Try booting into safe mode
to see if it helps. If it does you have a problem with a startup
program/service/driver and can troubleshoot that with a copy of msconfig from an XP
box or download from the internet via a Google search. --- Steve
