lsass.exe - Application error

I am getting the following pop-up error message from W2k
Pro

lsass.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x77f95688" referenced memrory
at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "read"

Click OK to terminate the program.
----------------
You click OK and a second pop-up will appear that your
system will shut down in 59sec, very similar to the
blaster worm message box. I have upgraded to SP4 and
applied the blaster work fix, but this has not helped.

Anyone have an idea or suggestion...thx

I was actually able to solve the problem. For some reason
McAfee firewall was the application crashing, I removed
the firewall and it fixed my W2k startup problem. Now I
will have to search McAfee website to find out why the
firewall software crashes....
