LSA shell(Export version) error

I am having problem with my computer (Windows XP Home edition)
starting 2 days ago. I am not sure what I did to result in this
problem. Basically, after I log onto internet (DSL), shortly it told
me that LSA shell(Export version) encounterted a problem and needed to
close. And then a minute later, another window showed up to tell me to
restart the computer in 1 minute, and displayed the message that
"system32/lsass.exe will be terminated with status code 1073741819".
It looks like that if I do not log onto internet, the computer may be
ok (but not sure thouhg, haven't test this carefully).

it also generated a error report file stored on my desktop:

I'm having the same problem

Still investigating, but it seems to have happened at the same time as my contracting the W32.Welchia.B.Worm again (sigh), I suggest you check if the same has happened to you. Apparently this is happening to a whole lot of people this week.
