LSA Executable and Server DLL crashes at shutdown time. Why?

When I shutdown my Win2000+SP4 system it occurs occasionally (but not always)
that my firewall pops up informing me that

"LSA executable and Server DLL" calls Dr.Watson

Calling Dr.Watson mean that the initiating program (service) crashed just before.

How do I find out which event let "LSA Executable and Server DLL" crash ?

As if you can analyze your Evenviewer their might be something which lead it
to crash....
