Low virtual memeory

I formatted my comuter, and intalled everything, and all
was great until suddenly, i got "LOW VIRTUAL MEMORY"
which I guess coused my shared internet connection not to
work, and I had to restart my computer. This thing
hapoends every once in a while, but at leat 1-2 times a
day. WHY??

You can chk the amount by,R.clicking my computer,properties,performance
advanced,virtual-memory,click the change button.You should see,min.at 1 1/
X ram, max. at 3 X ram,if not select custom,type in amounts,click set 2X
When you close out you should be required to restart computer,otherwise it
not set.
