Low System Resources

I keep getting messages, that I am low on Systems
Resources. How can I get more System Resources. I have
enough memory available, but when I check on my Outlook
System Info, it shows only 6% System Resources Free.

It is getting hard to even open emails at times.

Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.
