Low memory

I am getting a 'low memory' message. I've run disk
cleanup and I know I don't have that many programs using
up disk space. I once found a set of files to delete and
that cleared up my low memory problem but now it is back
again and I have not added any new programs or stored many
files.....help, someone.

You are confusing memory and disk space. Memory means the RAM and disk space
refers to your hard disk. You do not resolve low memory problems by making
more space on your hard disk.

To resolve low memory warnings either add more RAM or don't have so many
programs running at the same time. Note: Sometimes spyware will run in the
background without your knowing it.
