Low Memory and Can`t open My Documents/MyComputer/Control Panel et

Everytime I to open My computer, or My Documents, or Start/Control
Panel...all my task bars disapear and none of this applications will open. My
Outlook Express opens, and I can see the column with my folders but there is
nothing on the right hand side of the page...meaning I can`t see my messages.

Also when trying to open email earlier when I could see them it would say
Cannot open, not enough memory. Any help with these issues would be greatly
appreciated thanks

There are several ways to attempt a fix for damaged files. First, have the
setup CD available when you go to start/run, and type:

SFC /SCANNOW

If no help, you can try a Repair, or Recovery of the system.

Malware, such as a virus could be the cause. Run a boot scan, or run
your a/v software from Safe Mode.
