Lotus SmartCentre 97 - Startup blocking failure

Lotus SmartCenter is in my Startup Folder.

When I try to block it using System Explorers/Advanced
tools is reports that it is unable to block the program as
it is part of the Microsoft Antispyware software package?
Strange that Lotus forms part of Microsofts AntiSpyware
package.

Can this really be true?
 
Somehow, this seems unlikely :)

Can you post the precise details of the object in startup that you can't
block?
