Lost Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint

Hello, Recently I had a Windows Installer problem and got help from this
forum to install the Windows Installer cleanup utility. Upon reading about
it, it confirmed that running the process won't delete progress, rather it
will delete the installer configurations(?) from the program. I ran this
process and it worked, the error message I kept getting disappeared.

I have just noticed that I have lost Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access,
Outlook. I get the message 'this action is only valid for products that are
installed' when I click on the program from the start menu.

I still seem to have all the other programs, it is just these Microsoft
programs I am missing. How do I reinstall them, can I just reinstall those
programs only from my Windows XP Professional disc? Or do I have to do a full
back up and restore all files and programs before I do this?

Thank you in advance.

This is the MS Office Suite, unfortunately it doesn't come as part of
the XP media, you will need the installation CD and key to reinstall it
again.

The Office applications won't be on the WinXP CD; they'll have been
installed from an Office CD. Use that you reinstall them.
