Thru some work with HP on an HP2210, I have lost one or
more windows files which handle scanning. One I know
missing is HBQTHB08.Exe. Where can I get a Windows XP
Home ed update that will also fill in missing windows
files? Or do I have to reload windows and if so is there
someway to reload and keep current settings, software etc?
I have no windows cd because my windows xp came on the
HP computer.
Thanks for any help.

If you mean >> HPQTHB08.Exe instead of HBQTHB08.Exe.

hpqthb08.exe is an executeable for an HP photo program.

\Program Files\hp\digital imaging\bin\hpqthb08.exe

Ask HP, it's one of theirs.

Have you tried to do a system restore pryor to when you
started having problems with the HP program?
