What do you mean "Empty"??? If your System32 folder was really empty,
your PC would not even boot. Click Search and type System32, then when it
finds it double click it and see if any files are located
within. The proper location is: C:\Windows\System32
You can also open Windows Explorer and navigate to the folder and check
its contents.
