Lost Windows sounds

I don't know what I may have done but I can no longer hear akk the Window
sounds that are set to play such as when opening and closing windows,
plugging in new hardware, and all the other "Tada's" that are set to operate.
All other sounds work such as video's and music. Anybody out there have any
Idea what may be turned off????

Thanks for the Info, I tried all the links and install them but still no Luck!!

Has anyone have any other suggestions???
