Lost Uer Name/Password

Hello;

I have 3 websites and one I don't use anymore. This host was canceled. To
cancel
the account I must give them the user name and password. How do I retrieve
this information off my computer?

I located it once. It has every account I ever had, with user name & password.

Can you help?
