Lost tool bar

I lost my tool bar at the bottom of the page. On one
persons account it is there and on the other it is gone.
How do I get it back?

What I would do is right click on the toolbar at the
bottom of the page (screen) and uncheck hide toolbar.

click on start > settings > taskbar and start menu, tick

box that says keep taskbar on top of windows tick lock
the taskbar and make sure auto hide taskbar is unticked
