I accidently deleted the Switchboard Manager from my forms list and I can't
get it back. I can open up the Switchboard from Database Utilities, but it
does not place it back in my forms list. Does anyone know how I can get it
back????

You cannot re-create the switchboard until you have also deleted the
Switchboard Items table.

If you wish to use the same Switchboard items, re-name the switchboard
items table, then create a new switchboard using the Switchboard
manager (all you need is just one page). Delete the new Switchboard
Items table and re-name the previous one back to Switchboard Items.
Confused?

A better solution would be to create your own switchboard using an
unbound form with command buttons. If you use the command button
wizard, Access will even write much of the code for you. You'll have
more control over the appearance of the form and maintenance will be
much easier..
