Lost Standard Toolbar

I was moving toolbars around and I think that I did something to the Standard
Toolbar. I can go in to View->Toolbars and turn it on and off (check &
unchecked) but it never appears on my screen. Is there a way to restore the
Standard Toolbar?

If you haven't done any serious toolbar customization, choose View, Toolbars,
Customize; click the Toolbars tab and click Reset.
