Lost remote access (shortcuts) after Compact and Repair

Hello,

I recently compacted and repaired a database on a local machine -- the
database works fine now on this local machine but the other two PC's
that had shortcuts established to point to this database no longer work
or connect. Gives an error saying that the database is not there or
the name is wrong. I know the process did not move or change the
database so what is the problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Recreate the shortcuts, or open their Properties and make sure that
the path indeed points to the correct .mdb file.
