Widows XP Pro - SP2
I have noticed that recent logging to a password protected areas in the net
does not produce the "Save Password" prompt. Somewhere along the way I have
ticked the "do not" box by mistake.
How do you re-start this facility so that my standalone pc will ask if I
wish to save access and password codes?
I have tried to find a fix in Kelly's but can not see one the solves my
problem - anyone got any clues?
Thanks in advance
Len

Thanks for the solution it has worked. I had ticked that box but had not
re-started my pc.

Hi Len,

Follow the steps below to enable auto complete:

1. Click Start, run, type "inetcpl.cpl" (with out quotation marks) and click
OK.
2. Click the Content tab and hit the Autocomplete button.
3. In the resulting window, check all options.
4. Click OK.
