Lost product key code

I've just purchased MS windows XP Pro from the internet
and I think I threw away the plastic sealing wrap (where
the product key code sticker might have been glued).

Is there anything that I can do, other than buying a new
product?

If Windows XP is still installed use this

If you have successfully installed XP, and just lost the product key, then
you can download "Aida32" from
http://www.aida32.hu/aida32.php , and it will tell you the product key. If
you "lost" the key before installing, then I think your out of luck.
