How did you make those screen shots? If you used Ctrl-PrintScrn,
they're gone.

You need to paste a screen shot to a graphics program or to a .DOC or
something similar or you'll lose it when you take another one.

If you hit PrtScn and didn't paste the contents of the clipboard to either
Windows Paint or a Word document (even notepad, WordPad, MS Word) the the
contents of the screenshot have disappeared.

Once you press PrtScn the contents of the screen capture re stored on the
clipboard ready for you to paste into another document or graphics
application for editing.

For screenshots I personally use an application called SnagIt (sadly it
isn't free). This is a far superior way of taking, editing and saving
screenshots.

You can do the same thing for free with FRAPS. It saves the screenshots to
it's own folder by default but you can change the save folder. You can also
make in-game movies with it to. This is what most gamers use to make gmae
movies you see on youtube. They have free and pay for version but free
version is all he needs.

Thanks, Dauphin. It is worth Kittie taking a look at FRAPS to see if it will
meet her needs. I have looked at it, but it isn't really suitable for my
needs. SnagIt is used by most of the technology press and it does give us
the additional editing facilities without the need to have to constantly use
graphics editing for annotations, resizing, marking up etc.
