Lost Personal Folders

Outlook 2003 -- Help
After opening Outlook this am the program was downloading email from my ISP
provider. While doing that I selected "Deleted Items", right clicked,
selected Empty "Deleted Items" folder. A message popped up to delete all
messages and subfolders? The answer was positive and the messages were
deleted.

I also had some rules to filter email to personal folders (beneath personal
folders) after the mail arrives in the Inbox. The folders disappeared after
I performed empty "Deleted Items"??? The rules to move the mail from the
Inbox to filtered mail popped up with errors that the folders could not be
found? The folders were visible after opening Outlook but now are no longer
there. I tried restoring my computer to a previous restore point but still
do not see the folders. Any idea what happened and are the data still
available?
