Restart the pc. Before the Windows xp boot screen loads up tap f8
continuously until you see the selective startup options screen. Choose Safe
Mode. When the computer boots into safe mode click ok on the notice box.
Log on with the administrator account with a blank password. Go into start >
control panel > user accounts > user accounts > select her account and either
remove the password or change it > restart in normal mode and you'll be good
to go. Good Luck,
design, the only way to log into the Administrator account of WinXP Home
is to reboot into Safe Mode. For WinXP Pro, pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL twice
at the Welcome Screen will produce the standard login dialog box.
Failing that, Linux-based password cracking utilities abound on the
Internet, freely available to anyone who can use Google.
