Lost partition after merging with partitionmagic

I was doing a partition merge (C: and D but the process stopped
without error message. It seems I lost partion D:. XP reports this as
free space, Partition Magic says it is unallocated.

After thorough web search I found a tool findpart by Svend Olaf
Mikkelsen and generated following report. I do not know how to read this
and what my next repair steps should be.
