Lost Outlook 2007 w/ business contacts manager

I am in desperate need of help...........

I have a new laptop in which I need to download OL on. When I purchased this
as a download through the website, I paid for License Lock Box.
I have my receipts from Digital River and from Microsoft.

I can not for the life of me find out how to download this........

I even went to digital river's website looking for help. Their site is
telling me that I am not entering the correct email address ( I am entering
the one that they emailed with the receipt) or the correct order number ( I
am).

There seems to be no way to contact digital river or microsoft to be able to
download this program.

Does anyone have any ideas?

You can contact Microsoft directly by calling them (disregard the payment
notification for it as you won't be billed for your question).

Digital River also has a Customer Support Service which is linked at the top
right of the screen. There are some FAQs there already regarding orders.
