Lost my user files in My Documents!

My Computer crashed today and found out the on my hard
drive, I lost my (userfiles)on my hard drive
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\My Documents
I took my hard drive out of the computer and with a USB
drive, I can find my C:\ drive, but when I click on my
name, it says I can not acsess. I am trying to recover
lost files that I put in my documents! Any Idea when in
the hard drive it put the files?

You need to take ownership of the files/folders before you can access them.

Search your built in help and support for "ownership".
