Lost my Tools-->Options menu in Access 97

I'm using Access 97 and all of a sudden, I can't access the Tools-->Options
menu. Any ideas why? What do I have to do to get that menu back?

Try right-clicking on the empty space of the Menu Bar and
select Customize... When the Dialog appears, select the
Menu Bar and then click the Reset button.

The Reset button is grayed out...Now what?

Make sure all the Toolbar options are checked in Tools ... Startup

They are Arvin. At any rate, I reinstalled Access 97 and it came back.
Don't know what happened though.

Check also the Properties of the Menu Bar also and restore its Defaults
before trying to reset the Menu Bar.
