Lost "My Pictures" in start menu

Running XP pro SP2 and noticed that My Pictures shortcut is gone under the
Start menu
I see it in properties that said connect as a link, I see the directory
under the C:\ and under my name also, but not link on my start menu

1 .Click Start, Run and type Regedit.exe

2. Navigate to the following branch:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders

3. Set the "My Pictures" value as follows:

%USERPROFILE%\My Documents\My Pictures
[Should be of REG_EXPAND_SZ value type.]

4. Close Regedit.exe
