lost My Picture folder when deleting photos in it

How can I get back the My Picture folder so I can save photos to it? I
accidentally deleted the folder when I copied photos to a CD and deleted my
pictures.
 
in windows explorer..highlight MyDocuments..at the top click
File...New...Folder...type in MyPictures
