Lost My password

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this.
As a buisy Mom I have forgotten along with many other
things my password to get to the administrative part of my
computer. If you could send me step by step instructions
on how to fix or even give me a new password I would
greatly appreiate it. ( sorry for the bad spelling! lol)
anyway if there are any problems or charges please let me
