Lost My Log On Screen Saver W2K Pro

My screen saver used to kick in with the log on prompt.
Now it engages :Windows Log on" but doesn't prompt for pasword..
How can I change it back so it requires a password to log on from
the screensaver

Click to expand...
Right-click a blank area of the Desktop and press Properties.
Select the Screen Saver tab.

Check, On Resume, Password protect.
Press Apply.
Press OK.
