Lost my IE toolbar

The google toolbar is also gone. Tried rebooting .. no luck.
No 'tools' menu etc.

IE 6 SP 2

Any ideas?

Have you tried dragging it up from beneath the bottom edge of the
screen? Sometimes it's hiding down there.

It went away mysteriously and now it has returned, just as mysteriously.
