Lost memory for clock

Recently, my computer clock does not remember the time
from when I last shut down to the next time when I start
up the computer. I have Atomic Clock installed and I
update it with no problem. However, it keeps forgetting
the time whenever I start my computer. It does remember
the date.

There's a battery on the motherboard that keeps the
time/date when power is turned off. When this happens,
it means the battery is either dead/dying or disconnected.

If you're not comfortable with opening up your computer
and replacing the battery that's there (check the
motherboard documentation), you can get a computer
hardware shop to do this for you.
