Lost key function

I seem to lost te 7t and 8t letters of alpabet as well as
punctuation and backspace key. Do I need to brin it into
store to fix? I re-installed software but did not fix
problem.

Have you tried just replacing the keyboard?

I think you are using a different language, as the default
language. Go to control panel and make sure you are using
the language you want. Start --> Settings --> Control
Panel --> Regional Options.

if this is on a laptop, it may be your battery. I have

had all sorts of trouble with my keys. The keyboard and
been replaced twice and the mother board once. I turned
out to be the battery.
