Lost Intel Graphics Properties Window

I used to be able to right click on the desktop (on my laptop) and select
"Graphics Properties" from the "display options" popup which would take me
to the Intel Graphics Properties Window. However the two menu options
"Graphic Properties" and "Graphics Options" are no longer available as items
on the "Display Options" popup menu. I also I can not find any other way to
get to the Intel Graphics Properties Window. I have the latest "driver"
installed (for the 915), but I could not find the "utility" on Intel's
downloads page to reinstall this software. I'm hoping others have solved
this issue and can share their findings. Thanks.
